The Bluesound NODE ICON is a reference wireless music streamer built around a dual-mono design with two ESS ES9039Q2M DACs. It supports high-resolution PCM up to 24-bit/192 kHz and DSD256 playback through the BluOS platform.

Its connections include balanced XLR and RCA analogue outputs, HDMI eARC, optical, coaxial and USB audio, plus two 6.3 mm headphone outputs driven by THX AAA technology. A 5-inch colour display provides album artwork and playback information, and the unit is Dirac Live ready, with the required licence and calibration kit available separately.
