The NAD PP 4 is a compact phono preamplifier for moving-magnet and moving-coil cartridges. Its low-noise gain stages provide accurate RIAA equalisation, and a separate line input accepts another analogue source such as a cassette deck.

A USB output converts analogue audio to 16-bit/48 kHz PCM for recording on a Mac or PC. Adjustable recording level, an included shielded USB cable and VinylStudio Lite software support track splitting and organization when preserving records or tapes as digital files.
