The QUAD Platina Integrated is a dual-mono Class AB integrated amplifier delivering 200 watts per channel into 8 ohms and 310 watts per channel into 4 ohms. A 630 VA toroidal transformer and separate 44,000 microfarad filter capacity for each channel support its high-current output stage.

Its digital section uses an ESS ES9038PRO DAC with optical, coaxial, USB and HDMI ARC inputs, supporting PCM up to 768 kHz and DSD512 over USB. Analogue connectivity includes RCA and balanced XLR inputs plus a switchable moving-magnet/moving-coil phono stage with three gain settings. RCA and XLR pre-outs, digital outputs, a headphone amplifier and a 4.3-inch colour display are also included.
