The Rega Elex MK4 is a Class A/B integrated amplifier delivering 72 watts per channel into 8 ohms and 90 watts into 6 ohms. It combines four line-level inputs with a moving-magnet phono stage, a headphone output and a Rega DAC circuit for optical and coaxial digital sources.

Digital and analogue power rails are galvanically isolated, and the DAC uses a Wolfson receiver and converter with a Rega-designed discrete line driver. The custom case acts as an efficient heat sink, while thermal, short-circuit and DC protection are built in.
