The Rega Elicit MK5 is a Class A/B integrated amplifier rated at 105 watts per channel into 8 ohms, 127 watts into 6 ohms and 162 watts into 4 ohms. Its discrete FET-based preamplifier circuit and Alps volume control draw on the design of the Aethos.

Four line inputs, a moving-magnet phono stage and optical and coaxial digital inputs are complemented by a headphone output, pre-out, direct input and record-loop functionality. The digital section uses a Wolfson receiver and DAC with a Rega-designed discrete line driver.
