The Wharfedale Super Linton takes the Linton’s broad-baffle, three-way design further with a larger cabinet, a revised bass-driver motor and additional cabinet damping. Its 200 mm woven-Kevlar woofer, 135 mm woven-Kevlar midrange and 25 mm soft-dome tweeter give each part of the frequency range a dedicated driver.

Compared with the Linton, its taller enclosure and updated crossover and midrange chamber are substantive engineering changes—not simply a new finish. Frequency response is 39 Hz–20 kHz (±3 dB), with bass extension to 32 Hz at −6 dB. Supplied as a stereo pair; choose Speakers Only or With Stands in Walnut, Black Oak or Mahogany Red.

Super Linton keeps the inviting character that makes the Linton so enjoyable, then adds greater openness, control and scale. It is a particularly satisfying choice for someone who wants the substance of a larger loudspeaker without moving to a conventional floorstander.
